DialoX Platform 3.20 release

Today we released version 3.20 of the DialoX platform. The release notes can be found here.

We enhanced WhatsApp conversation handling in the inbox by supporting message replies and allowing users to see message emoji reactions. We also introduced features like license provisioning APIs, new Text to Speech models, AI token counting in BubbleScript and an improved operator ordering in the inbox.

Important for partners: We have put a measure in place that limits the access to possibly sensitive data of your customers. From now on you continue through an access screen to be able to see the contents of contacts and conversations. Access is automatically granted but it will then leave a record in the audit log of this provided access. You can find this in our manual https://manuals.dialox.ai/administration/access-requests.

• Backspace removes a day from the office hours list

• Dragging image to the file upload of Commands form causes crash of UI.

• File upload in Commands form of more than one file (array) does not work.
