This release contains both platform changes as changes to the bot templates and skills.

Platform changes

The tickets that are deployed as part of this release are described in our change log . The high lights are:

  • Usage reporting is now available on account level in the .

  • Orders are now also visible on account level in the .

  • The Inbox is now completely styled according the Enreach Design system.

Bot skills and templates

The Smart IVR, Call Deflector, Smart Voicemail, Web App and Social Inbox templates can now be upgraded with new versions of the Base flows, Phone flows and Chat flows skills that finally make use of a platform feature already introduced in version 3.5 of the platform that allows for first class support for Variables inside Flows, see the for more information.
