DialoX Platform 3.16 release

Today we released version 3.16 of the DialoX platform. The release notes can be found here.

Be aware that you an now be notified about every new message instead of only newly escalated conversations, by enabling the "Inbox messages" toggle in your notification settings page.

Improved notification settings

When you choose to be notified by email, it will only send one email, 15 minutes after the end-user's last message. This way you will not be spammed with email when an end-user sends multiple messages in a short period of time.

You can also toggle to also be notified outside of office hours now. This was requested by customers with smaller teams, so they never loose a conversation or message.
